Ordering processes:

Please select the correct product and confirm your order by checking out and making payment accordingly.

Order confirmation and delivery details will be provided once payment is made - via EMAIL  - kindly check email after order is placed to avoid order mistakes or duplications.

Payment methods:

We accept payment through Stripe , Credit Cards and International Bank Telegraphic Transfer.

If payment is made via Manual Bank Transfer please also attach evidence of your payment in the form of picture / reference no. to avoid any delay or inconvenience and send via email or whatapps or wechat .

Shipment & Delivery:

All shipment are sent out via EMS Japan with tracking no.

You will receive the item within 7-12 days (depending on country and custom efficiency).

As per standard online shopping rules, we will take no responsible for any lost/ damages during delivery.

Once the goods are shipped, the buyer is financially responsible for all costs associated with transport as well as customs, taxes, returning cost and other fees. Goods confiscated will be on buyer's responsibility, Goods returned to seller will be shipped again and the cost of the returned and resent fees will be charge to the buyer.

Good(s) will be checked carefully and make sure it is in perfect, unbox condition before shipment.

While we make every effort to ensure your orders are shipped promptly and delivered within the estimated time frame, there may be unforeseen delays that are beyond our control. Especially during peak seasons or holiday periods, delays can occur due to high demand and congestion in the logistics network. We also recommend that you place your orders well in advance to avoid disappointment, especially if you need the items by a specific date. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier service provider, and we will not be able to provide refunds or compensation for any such delays.

Cancelation Policy:

No cancellation once the payment is made UNLESS the item is out of stock (payment will be refund IN FULL to buyer)

PLEASE state clearly the items and quantity you want when ordering as all items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

In any event if duplication of orders are placed and buyer decided to cancel the duplicated orders, Haruskin will refund the payment in FULL however Stripe's fee on the Original Payment will no be returned - SEE BELOW

Understanding fees for refunded payments

There are no fees to refund a payment, but Haruskin's Payment Gateway - Stripe’s fees on the original payment will not be returned in case of a refund- which is stated as [Stripe Transfer Fee *%] in your order confirmation.

Reasons being- A large portion of the underlying cost of payment processing is driven by fees assessed by banks and payment networks (like Visa and Mastercard). These networks set rules about which fees apply for refunded payments, and in many cases banks and card networks keep the entire upfront cost of a refunded transaction. For some regions and payment types, refunded payments also incur additional fees. Stripe aim to make  pricing simple and transparent, and our standard fees include access to a variety of features like fraud protection, reporting, and other tools for managing your payments. To address these underlying payment processing costs and continue providing these services as part of our standard pricing, Stripe does not return our fees when a payment is refunded.
