INGREDIENTS:
1) Magnesium Sulfate Injection:
“Mg2+ 20 mEq/20 mL

(Japanese Pharmacopoeia Magnesium Sulfate Injection)

2) Vitamin C Injection: (MUST BE COLD STORAGE)
Ascorbic Acid Injection (USP 500 mg/mL) of (25,000 mg/50 mL)

3) Vitamin B Complex Injection:
“複合ビタミンB製剤 ビタメジン”(Complex Vitamin B Preparation Vitamejin).
It’s constituents, including thiamine disulfide phosphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, and cyanocobalamin.

Intravenous Administration
Higher Absorption: When administered intravenously, Vitamin C bypasses the gastrointestinal system, allowing for much higher blood concentrations than what is achievable through oral intake.
Doses of 25,000mg are commonly used in clinical settings for therapeutic purposes.

Safety and Monitoring:
High doses via IV administration should be administered under medical supervision, as they can lead to adverse effects like kidney stones in susceptible individuals, hemolysis in those with G6PD deficiency, or other complications.

Usage Method
Step 1: Inject 10 ml of saline into the bottle containing powdered Vitamin B complex and shake gently to mix.
Step 2: Mix the solution from Step 1 with magnesium sulfate and high-concentration Vitamin C, then dilute with 250 ml of saline.
Step 3: Administer the prepared solution intravenously (the drip usually takes about 60-90 minutes, DO NOT drip less than 60minutes as it might cause unwanted vasovagal response)

Optimal Dosage: 1-4 times a month, one set per session (since Vitamin C is metabolized and excreted in the urine, optimal dosage is recommended).

Contraindications for High-Concentration Vitamin C

Do not use if patient is allergic to any of the ingredients
Do not use simultaneously with oral contraceptives.
Discontinue use during menstruation.
Avoid eating seafood, drinking alcohol, and using saunas or hot springs on the day of injection.
Do not use with other medications; wait at least 12 hours between uses.
Do not use in individuals with abnormal coagulation function (history of bleeding or thrombosis).
Do not use during illness, poor physical condition, or while taking other medications.
Use with caution during pregnancy, potential pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
G6PD deficiency (favism).
